Diabetes Support Line
At C-endo our vision is to create a world in which those with diabetes are empowered and have quality access to care that is optimized, integrated, and efficient. To reach that vision C-endo has launched a toll-free diabetes support line.
If you or a loved one with diabetes has questions or concerns regarding diabetes management, the C-endo Diabetes Support Line is here to help. This line is managed by registered healthcare professionals including registered nurses, pharmacists, and dietitians who are all advanced certified diabetes educators. These professionals work alongside local endocrinologists to ensure you receive the appropriate help or guidance you need when you need it most.
